 office building  Add category

Southgate House is a 13 storey landmark building, constructed in the late 1970's, with manned entrance lobby, on-site car parking facilities, and passenger lift access to the upper floors. It was originally conceived as a Welsh regional dispersal site for part of the Ministry of Defence, but such policies never became a reality, although offices for certain component parts of UK land forces based in Wales are still located here.
