  this theater was build by nawab jaffer nawaz jung in memory of zianab bee loondi of nawab hussain ali khan brother in law of nawab jaffer ali khan in the year 1956

  zainab bee was used by nawab hussain ali khan once nawab jaffer nawaz jung visited to hussaini koti to meet his cousin and brother in law nawab hussain ali khan he saw zainab bee in pink dress and he build a theater and pink hall in the premises of yakut mahal
