RUE «Zavod gazetnoy bumagi» is a young modern enterprise, applying up-to-date technologies and equipment of the leading European manufactures for the production of high quality newsprint, saw timber, linear goods, glued laminated lumber, and frame and panel houses of glued laminated lumber.

A timber mill was put into operation in December of 2006. The equipment was supplied by a well-known Italian company. The projected capacity of round timber processing is 220 000 м3 per year.

June, 2008 — the enterprise started producing wooden planed goods (shaped pieces), glued laminated lumber and wooden houses.

There was installed and launched a paper-making machine for newsprint production in 2008. The projected production capacity is 40 000 tons of paper per year, including 20 000 tons of standard news print and 20 000 tons of chalk overlay paper.

In 2009 there was mastered the manufacture of a new product — printing paper...
