The Eastlake Neighborhood P-Patch was established in 1981, relocated in 1998 and expanded in 2010. It is comprised of 50 plots, each tended to by one local individual or household.
It is a pretty place, with lots of flowers, and many non-gardeners pay visits while walking their dogs, jogging or just poking around the neighborhood.
