Add category

The Želivka plant supplies the city of Prague with about three quarters of its drinking water. With a production capacity of 6900 liters per second, it is the largest water treatment plant in the Czech Republic. The plant draws raw water from the Švihov reservoir, and sends treated water through a 52km-long aqueduct tunnel to a distribution reservoir in Jesenice, south of Prague.
