Main object of this Ashram is to organize 'shibir' of " YOG MANDAL BY MAHARSHI PATANJALI periodically and to educate the participants its usefulness in one's life.

Ashram is also celebrating various Sanatan Hindu Festivals like; Dipawali,New Year, Gita Jayanti, Maha Shivratri, Manas Parayan during Chaitra Ekam to Ramnavami which covers Kanya Pujan Celebration on Chaitra Ashtami and Janamasthami in Shravan Mas.

Pujya Swami Shri Asanganandji is leading for the entire activities of Gyaan vihar Ashram.
Lectures/Shibirs are also held on various subject on Adhyatma and Science as scheduled during the year. The Ashram is functioning under " Adhyatma Seva Trust " . It is very important that for organisation of the above celebrations no charges/fees is collected.
