This tap, originally constructed in 1913, provide the Seneca Cotton Mills with electricity. The mainline was built in 1913 from Tallulah Falls hydroelectric plant and was part of the Southern Power Company (Duke Energy) grid. The Southern Power Company bought 100kV from the Georgia Power Company's Tallulah Falls plant.
