Featured a full conference center, restaurant, indoor swimming pool, and nine stories of guest rooms. Constructed 1973 by Ed Debartolo along with Randall Park Mall, abandoned 1992-1993. Last few years were under a Days Hotel charter by Concord company. Still standing as of 8/11/2016

  • Constructed as Holiday Inn, managed by DeBartolo company as part of Randall Park plan. Holiday Inn until very late 1980s. Days Hotel until abandonment early 1993.
  • Still stands in ruins. Windows broken, etc.
