  • Finest resorts? you got to be JOKING in what way. Can't you see pragati plus few other resorts within this area are clearly in catchment area (atleast from google map) where there is a restriction that you can't build more than 20% of the land and thats what they market that they won't build more than 20% of the plot area. Does anyone realise where they get water from? by tapping the water because they are located in cathcment area and borewells where they rarely dry up being in the catchment area (that is why gandipet reservoir doesn't fill up even after all these rains. Gandipet is going to be another hussain sagar if you allow these resorts to come up.). what is the govt doing anyway. Does anyone understand what I am talking about. Pragati is located about 39km from mehdipatnam and about atleast 18km diagnally opposite from vikarabad highway where even in the next 20years you can't have a proper road network to INTL airport. Just look at his website and cross check it with google earth map how misleading it is. Just to clarify after completion of ringroad phase 1 and the exit from APPA you still need to travel about 22km on a single lane. Ask an agent of Pragati and they will tell you ORR is just next door. Everyone wake up. Check the catchment areas in govt websites (http://www.hudahyd.org/inside/Huda_Adv.pdf ) and proceed.
