Takaikami Island 高井神島, a remote island off Japan’s coast that is also known as Manga Island. The land area of the island is 1.34 square kilometers and a population of 11 people as of 2025. It is once a prosperous island with so many inhabitants complete with a Middle School (abandoned), Manga Shrine, Port Office, Mail Box/Post Office and a restaurant but people moved to the city as time goes by. It is called Manga Island due to the murals on every houses made by Manga artists for the island's tourism feature as the locals try to revitalize the dying island bringing the island's glory.
