Meadowmere Park is a neighborhood (and island) within the boundaries of the hamlet of Woodmere and the Town of Hempstead in Nassau County, NY. It is separated from the Queens neighborhood of Meadowmere by a canal and because of this quirk in geography it is the only area of Nassau that is located entirely west of Queens County. A bridge on Meyer Avenue connects the two communities. Meadowmere Park can also be reached by a bridge on East Avenue that is connected to Nassau County.
Meadowmere Park is considered to be a part of the Five Towns area and is located within the Lawrence (11559) postal code.
