AlSader city (Arabic: مدينة الصدر ) is a suburb district of the city of Baghdad, Iraq. It was built in 1959 by the Revolutionary Abdul Karim Qassim it took name "Al-Thawra City", then renamed to Alrafidain district during era of presedient Abdulsalam Arif, however it was renovated in 1982 by Former President Saddam Hussein and it took name of Saddam city.
Al-Sader city is one of nine administrative districts in Baghdad.
