  I have in MY POSSESSION (own) the ORIGINAL Mortgage to this property issued by the "San Francisco Bank". Dated & time stamped by the bank 25 OCT 1937, with an ALAMEDA COUNTY Recorders stamp as well as an accompanying ORIGINAL Post Card of the property, picturing the property from a location directly across the street from the property. All appropriate signatures and dates are intact as the day they were issued. This mortgage includes a list of all the property included with the building, i.e., 22 Chesterfileds, 38 upholstered chairs, 120 dining chairs, 11 large arm chairs, 28 comforters, 32 garbage cans, 92 pillow slips, etc., etc. QUOTE - BEGINNING at a point on the Northern line of Ridge Road, formerly Daley Avenue, distant thereon 225 feet Westerly from the point of intersection thereof with the Western line of Le Roy Avenue, as said Avenues are shown on the map hereinafter referred to; running thence Westerly along said line of Ridge Road 75 feet; thence at right angles Northerly 140 feet; etc., etc. Let me know if anyone may be interested.
