I studied in KV from class one till class 8th.( from 1973-1980 end). Hve somr excellent memories of the same.
the first strike by the studets happen when i was in 2nd.The seniors used to roam around shouting against the principal.
later on Mr R S Tewari joined as the principal and was a real terror.

who can forget Sanna madame,who used to teach us at primary and later on at middle level. I also have fond memories of Kelton madame, Sati sir(s),pande sir( art teacher),and of course deadly Shah massab, who used to bash more then teahing any thing.
manral sir, Shirari sir , gururani sir they all were just wonderful.
Among the fellow students apart from sunil tewari, who always used to be extra smart, i have fond memories of Rajul gupta, vikram, deepak pant and my best friend sandeep melhotra.
how any one can forget Mahuha Chatterji ,the classic bengali beauty if one mention KV of early eighties.

I passed out from this school in 1964. yes 1964.

In case they still keep the honours board of this vinatge, guys you can see my name on the top of 1964 class.

It was not yet a Kendriya Vidyalaya - It was KRC Children's High School. We even had wooden rifles which we used to smartly carry on our shoulders during the march past. The PT sir ( From the battalion) would make sure everybody knew the Highlander's Dance. ( I did not realise the immportance till I was visting Scotland a few yeras ago and could dance with the locals)

There used to be a Globe theatre near by , where you caould see the movies on credit ( through the good offices of the Canteen Wala) or sitting in the projection room if the house was full. You could claim and get a full refund or cancellation of your credit if the power went off before the intermission.

The stream below the school ( Gadera) was our 'Adda' when we bunked classes. Not exactly below the school, but a little further down under the Canossa Convent. Boy, what fun when you ran into Canossa girls doing likewise.

Sanna Madam - The one who was Battalion Pandit(ji's) daughter ?
Manral Sir - The bulky man who taught maths ?

Sati sir - Gegraphy ?. If he is the same I can never forget the outings we used to have on "study tours" . A real student freindly man.

Do they still have annual Ramlila in the Alma Ground ? Those days the most coveted opportunity for us was a role in the Ramlila as "Chotta Joker "

i have studied in this school from 1992 till 1996 and was there from 4th standard till 8th standard and i must say from the bottom of my heart that it was one of those places on earth that i will never forget had the best of time with my friends like mayank, Aditi choudhary, Richa sharma, Preeti and nitin mehta there and i wish and pray to god that some day i meet those guys in my life somewhere or the other. if some one who knows them or if you guys are reading this please call me on 09900800667 thats my number and i promise you i will come where ever you guys are i swear. i am dying to meet you guys specially Aditi, i really miss you SIS. please come back.

i had studied in this from 1995-1999 (V to X).I had really enjoyed studying in this school i still remember some of my school mates like kanchan ,kirola (kitola),ruchi , shivani chupal,neeraj .Ireally wish that some day i meet those guys in my life again ....

I am Rakesh Kumar Rai ( 080-25431296) . Studied in KV from 1969 class 5 to class 11 1975.
These were my formative years. I can not forget Alma Ground.
I lead the school cricket team in class 10. I remember Ashok Sah who used to sing Kishor kumar Songs in class. Hari Singh Rawat now Colononel, Virendra kashyap now Surgeon in Newzealand,Khem Singh Aithani VP in ITC company and I am in Samsung,Bangalore.
All were MADE BY our school teachers like Kelton Madaom( Eng I can not forget her), Manral Sir,Sajwan Sir,Sati sir( he is great man),Rawat Sir ( english who always gave us :fair" and we used to fight for Good or excellent)
Pant sir was our cricket coach and taught Biology. I heard he expired now in some accident. When i will die i will rememeber my school teachers.

Hi to all KRC students,

my name is Surendra yadav, in 1972 passed out , was staying in KRC Hostel and my room partner was Kailash Joshi.

Rajput sir our PT teacher, Pant sir was our hostel warden and biology teacher.

We had good football team and atheletics team as well. represented KRC in all India regional Athletices meet in Kanpur and Delhi.
