  This is one of the best places to eat in Gatlinburg. They make proper BBQ here: slow, all-day smoked brisket. The service is on and off again. When it's ON, it's fabulous. I suspect that you get the OFF service when you get a seasonal employee who is still in training. Bennett's will have a lot of those. It just goes with being in Gatlinburg. My advice: Don't avoid Bennett's. The food is too good to pass up. Just have some patience, and don't be afraid to speak to the manager and get some additional help.

  Bennett's is the place to go in Gatlinburg for BBQ. The ribs are out of this world and the sides ("fixins") are outstanding. My wife and I have made a pact to eat at Bennett's everytime we're in Gatlinburg. http://www.bennetts-bbq.com/

  LOVE Bennett's. We eat there every time we're in Gatlinburg. Their BBQ sauce is my favorite of any I've ever had and we always purchase a few jars of it to bring home with us.
