The Church of St. Therese of Deephaven began in 1946; the St. Therese Catholic School opened in 1959. Starting in 2009, a portion of the school is rented to the non-sectarian Deephaven Academy. It currently has two, contiguous lots: the main lot at 18323 Minnetonka Blvd (22.78 acres), and a wooded, vacant lot at 18023 Minnetonka Blvd (3.49 acres).
