Constructed in 2006 by architect Luk Mire Partnership and opened to the public on March 8, 2007 at 10:29am. Its original library location was located on the first floor inside the Upcounty Regional Services Center building (now Sidney Kramer Upcounty Regional Services Center as of September 28, 2013). This library is affiliated with the Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) organization.

Mon-Thurs: 9am-9pm
Fri & Sat: 10am-6pm (open 9am-9[m between 4th week of May and 1st weekend of September)

Closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Staff Development Day, Veterans Day Thanksgiving, & Christmas Day
