This is part of the CRUDEM complex in Milot. This area consists of housing for visiting staff (doctor's, nurses, ect,) and a place for them to eat. There is also the residence for the sisters that work there. The shiny tin roof is the guest home for youth groups that volunteer, There is a ceramic studio in the back and two kilns that were used to make bricks for the restoration of the Citadelle. There is a store that sells soda, rum, beer (Prestige and Colt 45 American Beer) and some really good vanilla extract.
