Xuan Hoa is Town District ( Townlet) of Hà Quảng District.
North Border are the Trường Hà, Kéo Yên and Vần Dính Communes .
East are the Vần Dính and Phù Ngọc.
South are the Đào Ngạn Commune of Hà Quảng District and the Dân Chủ commune of Hòa An District.
West are the Quý Quân and Nà Sác .

There are the provincial Road 203 through to Pắc Bó Cave , the Lê Nin Spring.
The townlet Xuan Hoa Was found 27 October 2006 .There are the Village as: Cốc Gọ, Bản Giàng 1, Bản Giàng 2, Mai Nưa, Nà Chang, Nà Ngần, Khuổi Tèn, Nà Vạc 1, Nà Vạc 2, Yên Luật, Đôn Chương, Tả Pàng, Khuổi Pàng, Mường Lế, Cốc Chủ, Bản Noọc, Bản Cải.
There are the mountains as Khuổi Tèn, Mu Lư and Phia Son.
