If this place is still owned by J. Greenberg (or Greenberg Construction, or anything with the name Greenberg in it), run, don't walk, to another building. He has cheated poor college students for decades. If you do choose to live there, write down every possible tiny detail of how your apartment is less-than-perfect when you move in, because he's going to take note of every tiny scratch when you leave and charge you as much as legally possible.

Other than that, it's a decent place.

Oh, except for the basement floor, which is prone to mold growing on the walls.
