Sim Lim Square is a popular centre to purchase electronics equipement. There are 6 floors that are covered with various shops selling anything from computer software and hardware all the way up to specialised IT routers and line connectors.

A small tip for the tourists is to check out all floors and check out the bargains. Usually the ground floor and the first floor the items are the most expensive as many of the locals have called it the "tourist trap". From the 3rd towards the 6th floor, the items become rather cheaper however you must know what you wish to purchase.
