Apartment building that has been at the center of a bitter dispute between the owner and the city. The building is dilapidated and according to police, a haven for drug use and crime. The city wanted the structure demolished as early as 2004, but it wasn't until December 2011 that a judge ruled that they had the legal authority to do so.
