Pakistan Air Force Faisal Airbase.
Situated between Drigh Road Area and Karsaz to the east and west.
Started out as RAF Drigh Road, and has a very interesting past. This is the place where Indian Air Force was born! And Lawrence of Arabia served as an engine clerk!

  • From April 1948 until April 1950 I have the pleasure and privilege to serve on secondment from the Royal Air Force to the Pakistan Air Force at what was then the Maintenance Unit at Drigh Road. How the area has expanded since those days!
