Wahiawa SATCOM provides reliable and effective communications to our wide range of users. NCTAMSPAC SATCOM provides tactical, strategic, and general service communications support to Navy and Defense Communications System users. By utilizing an array of complex and “state-of-the art” satellites and terminal systems, NCTAMSPAC SATCOM is one of the most technically advanced satellite communications facilities in the Navy.

NCTAMS PAC SATCOM provides Extremely High Frequency (EHF) and Super High Frequency (SHF) communications for Western Pacific and Eastern Pacific subscribers. We operate and maintain two AN/FSC-78 heavy earth terminals for Defense Communications System (DCS) communications, one AN/FSC-79 heavy earth terminal for transmitting the Navy Fleet Satellite Broadcast, and two AN/USC-38 terminals used for Navy Command Control Communications Computers and Intelligence (C4I) communications. In addition to these terminals, there is a multitude of subsystems and equipment used to support users.
