Its Matmari village. which is around 26KM from Raichur district.it has very rich culture and heritage. Matmari has one big anciant Sri Veerabhadreswara Temple which was built in 13th century. the village celebrates Sankranthi(Pongal) which is very unique in these region, and will be celebrated for 9 days.Sri Veerabhadreswara Fair which is biggest(Around 50000 peaple will gather) will happen in the month of January every year.
