Point at the western end of Trinity Island, which is located 4.7 miles NW of Cape Skottsberg, S end of the same island. Bulnes Point is directly E of Spert Island.
During the Chilean Antarctic Expedition, 1947, he named M. Bulnes, the name of the then Minister of Defense of Chile, Manuel Bulnes Sanfuentes. The name in its current form is used since 1952.
