The Old Sadashiv Bhuvan Building was constructed in the year 1959 and the new was constructed in the year 1967, by a Textile merchant Mr Dayalji Bhawanji & Co, The plot was takn from Mr Chagpar Khimji Popat,where The adjacent building is now standing , the oppposite building is Jivram Bhuvan, and these two Buildings are a Landmark in Mulund as they are situated in the Area of Vegetable Market.Later in 1996 this building was converted from tenants to Ownership.Here the owners of Momento Shop, Ekta Group Founders,Jalaram Oil Mill, Mukund Medical Stores, Rajkamal Emporium are staying.This building's main man was Shri.Kantilal Raghavji Somaiya who always strived for betterment of this society.The whole society respects him and his family members.
