East Palo Alto Municipal Center includes includes on its floors the City Hall, Police headquarters and a branch of the San Meteo County Library. It was dedicated in October 1975. The library branch has many public computers with Internet & MS Office, comfortable chairs, DVDs, CDs, magazines and newspapers both in print and free online (with your library card), eBooks, downloadable audio books, and lots more.

There is a pay phone on the 3rd floor, near the elevator and stairway.
