  Wasson court was built in the mid 1960s and was the first townhouse community in the province. As such it has one of the best location - dead end street, close to schools, university and the trauma hospital. It has a huge common ground and is only 5-10 minutes to uptown. Close to the bus routes yet a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. It seems to be high enough to avoid the water issues that other places have.
