  • This magnificient administrative complex was built by the then BN government. Ever since the Pas government took over 18 years ago, due to lacking of knowledge in management, their financial situation changed from bad to worse! Finally they have to sell/lease state properties in order to survive. I won't be surprise if they win the comming election, they will sell this complex one day.
  • Tanah/Bangunan yang sudah dijual oleh kerajaan pas adalah seperti berikut : 1)Bangunan KWSP, 2)Hotel Perdana, 3) Perdana Resort, 4)Tanah Pelangi Mall, 5) Tanah Hotel Grand River View, 6) Tanah Intan Plaza, 7) Tanah Rumah Panjang Jalan Hamzah, 8) Tanhah Rumah Panjang Tanjung Cat, 9) Tanah Hospital Perdana, 10) Tanah Padang Bas,Parit Dalam, dan lain-lain.
