  • I seem to remember back in 1998 or 1999 there being a couple of weird, melted-looking bicycles chained to the fence here along Queen Street. (The tires and frames were so bent they seemed to mold to the shape of the fence & sidewalk). Was this some kind of art installation, or does anyone else remember this?
