Modern house designed by Robert Bliss, FAIA, (b. 1921) in 1961 for maximum privacy: it has 3 beds, 3 baths in 3,156 sqft on a large 0.87 acre lot. Bliss was an associate professor at the University of Minnesota from 1958-63. In 1963 Bliss was invited to head the architectural department at the University of Utah; he retired as Dean in 1986 and became Professor Emeritus in 1990.

Presently owned by Dobson West, Senior Managing Director at Spell Capital Partners, LLC; West had been an attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. in where he was head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

It was placed on the market in 2009 for $1,995,000, then later $1,700,000 and later pulled altogether. On the market in February 2017 for $2,300,000.
