  • 1) The boundaries need to be resized. The property includes the building immediately to the right. As a wiki, why are we not able to actually edit entries? 2) I was looking for a new place to live in RC a few weeks ago. This place should be tore down. Massive slum. The property manager quoted rents and additional fees that were considerably higher than the advertised amounts that had brought us in for a look. She then repeatedly offered to lower and wave various fees, saying "just for you I will do this" - yet the quoted amounts were still well above what was advertised, in addition to being well above the local market - and the place is truly disgusting. There are some very beautiful places in town where the rent is far less (and the neighborhood is far nicer).
