Formerly site of the "Katella Yard", a multipurpose yard and office space, utilized by various private companies and government agencies including, Mass Electric Construction, Herzog Contracting, California Farm Bureau Federation, Orange County Agricultural Commissioner, Orange County Hydrography, and the Helena Chemical Company.

This site is now the location of the Anaheim Transportation Center which replaced the Amtrak station just west of here, and will be ready for a high speed rail link, if a high speed link to Anaheim is constructed. Construction of the ARTIC terminal has started in September 2012, with completion in summer 2014.
