  • Ye upar sirf detail dali hain ya kabhi makaan bhi milega? Per agreement Aug 2012 and 2012 Dec me 4 mahine grace period ke saath flats ka posession milna chahiye tha. 4 din pehle hi Ramprastha office me phone kiya to pata chala flats May 2015 me milega. Means after one year from now......can you believe it? Guaranteed one year ke baad bhi nahi milega. All builders are same.....iski topi uske sir.
  • No Delivery seems to be possible in next 2 years the speed at ramprastha working on the projects.....bad decision made while buying property for end use...would never suggest to anybody
  • Finally got the flats. Fewer are lucky and good luck for the rest. things should be much better in coming 1-2 years.
