Twin Cities real-estate mogul Ralph Burnet put this 8,500-square-foot, all-white contemporary home sitting on 13 acres on the market in August 2011 for $25 million. Yet it is listed as actually going on the market for $7,900,000.

It was built in the late 1960s by former Dayton Hudson CEO Ken Dayton (the company later became Target Corp based on it's more successful discount chain) and designed by Italian architect Romaldo Giurgola. It was built in the International Style and featured alongside Frank Lloyd Wright's famous Fallingwater in the book "American Masterworks: The Twentieth Century House."

The Burnets owned the home for the 15 years before they put it on the market, he is a principle of Coldwell Banker Burnet.
