2-story office/retail building completed in 1963. Designed by Rogers & Butler for the New York Clearing House Association, it occupies a long, narrow triangular site, coming to a near-point at the intersection of Broad, Pearl & Bridge Street. Clad in limestone, with a granite water table, the main long facades have widely-spaced and slightly-recessed vertical bays of windows with granite spandrel panels. A metal cornice caps the roof line. The entrance on Bridge Street (the north side) is through a wider bay with a recessed doorway. Above, the grey granite facing extends up to the roof, with five rows of vertical slats cut into the stone. The pointed end of the building is clad in plate glass with thin metal framing on all three sides, giving a very open look to the retail space. When the adjoining Broad Financial Center was built in the mid-1980s, it purchased the air rights from this site as well.
