Second World War 1939-1945, monument, war memorial
The monument was made to honor the souls of the 152 crew members of the 112th Coast Defense ship that died at sea when the ship took the place of the Chihaku Course Ferry that was under fire near the end of the Pacific War. The monument was built from donations that were given by the old National Defense squads men.
