cathedral, UNESCO World Heritage Site
The cathedral (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is Tournai's most famous landmark, its five bell towers visible from around the city. A mix of Romanesque and Gothic styles, the building dates from the early 12th century (northwest) to the 13th century (southeast), with some later additions.
