The sick-bay consisted of three isolated barracks which housed seriously ill prisoners. Intentional neglect, constant malnutrition, bad hygienic conditions and rampant diseases turned the sick-bay into a place of death. Here Soviet prisoners of war and Polish prisoners were deliberately segregated and murdered by lethal injection.
