The Kjerag is a mountain by the fjord. This is a broad, relatively flat top, but the fjord creates a set of deep, vertical cliffs. It is a popular destination for hikers and BASE jumpers.

    Famous view point, and a BASE jumpers paradice. Aprox 1000 meters straigt down. The bolt it self is a rock chisseld into the mountain. Great Hiking trip.
  • Gard (guest)
    The view from Kjerag is amazing on clear days and it is pretty awesome to stand on the edge 1000 meter above the Lyse fjord. It is a bit further out of town compared to e.g. Preikestolen (Pulpit rock) and the hike is a bit longer.
