Special Mission: The Center provides an environment conducive to rehabilitation through work programming, pre-release programming/training, and other life skills programs as a means of reintegrating the offender into the community.
Education: Literacy and GED preparation.

Health Care: Routine medical and dental care provided on Broad River Complex with 24-hour emergency care available.
Programs: 30-day pre-release program; religious services, recreational services, volunteer services, vocational rehabilitation, vocational placement, housing & employment assistance, aftercare referral, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous.
