Jewel Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd. formerly known as Jewel Brushes Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Mr. Amit Goradia and Mrs. Geeta Goradia in 1993. From a modest production capacity of 50,000 toothbrushes a day in 1994 to the present day capacity of 600,000 toothbrushes a day, the company has emerged as India’s largest manufacturer of toothbrushes, with exports to over 50 countries.

With a view to acquire technology Jewel entered into a technical and financial Joint Venture with Coronet Germany - one of Europe’s leading oral care and household products manufacturer. Over a period of time, this has allowed Jewel to establish itself as a supplier to Major Private Label Brands within and outside India. Today, Jewel with equity participation by Ranir Global, USA works closely with the Ranir Group. Today, Jewel also has its own brands Syncare for Oral Care and EzyBe for Household Care Products.
