  • The rate per sqft is around 1,200/- they unnecessarily publish escalated price. because of this the guidelines value is also increased more than the market value. The ultimate result people are discouraged from buying the property, I don't understand the actual motivation behind this, people should understand the plot price will really increase based on number of transactions not merely by escalated publicity.

  • one of the best layout in the vicinity, this layout is undervalued since all are resale no promotion/marketing and hence value for money, the running rate is between 2000 to 2500 (60% lesser) which makes it good investment option compared to other layouts in the vicinity which are around 3500 to 4000.
