    The rate per sqft is around 1,200/- they unnecessarily publish escalated price. because of this the guidelines value is also increased more than the market value. The ultimate result people are discouraged from buying the property, I don't understand the actual motivation behind this, people should understand the plot price will really increase based on number of transactions not merely by escalated publicity.

    It is a very old layout ,even bank loan available.Plot sizes are above 4500 sq.ft..Why to live in cramped area ? 24 hrs Security and quick access to city...This is one of the best layout in Bangalore to live ..Dont go with half baked info...its worth to buy

    one of the best layout in the vicinity, this layout is undervalued since all are resale no promotion/marketing and hence value for money, the running rate is between 2000 to 2500 (60% lesser) which makes it good investment option compared to other layouts in the vicinity which are around 3500 to 4000.
