This 10 acre orchard is one of the last private orchards in the northern Santa Clara Valley and the only remaining productive agricultural plot in the City of Mountain View. It is owned by the the Francia family, who have farmed the land since 1935. The City of Mountain View has talked about purchasing the orchard for open space.
