Note: Build-your-own is a unique "tripartite" home ownership scheme whereby a "real estate development manager," in this case First Global, acts as the construction manager and charges a fixed fee of around 15% of the project cost and does not charge a profit over and above the fee.

It's tripartite because all payments by the unit owners are made to a bank, in this case, to Banco de Oro that acts as the guardian of the payment. The bank sees to it that whatever money is remitted to First Global will go to the development of the project.

This in effect removes the real estate developer from the picture thereby reducing the price of the units, purportedly, by as much as 40% and assures that the project will be finished as promised.
