The developer is BCDA or the (Philippine) Bases Conversion and Development Authority together with Federal Land Incorporated, a member of the Metrobank Group.

The first development for this site is Lexus Manila, a joint venture between Mitsui and Co. Ltd., and Toyota Motor Philippines which is part of the Metrobank Group.

The second planned development would be the Project 66, a 66-Storey mixed-use tower consisting of hotel, office, and retail components. The second phase of project is planned to be a residential tower connected to the original tower via a common podium with retail spaces and 3-5 levels of basement parking.

  • I like how developers put Park in naming their developments, but the actual park is nowhere in sight. This is a perfect example of that. Grand - Questionable, Central - It's not in a Central Location, Park - Unless you count concrete. What a baloney
