  • The Chief Minister 2nd October 2014. Bihar Government Patna ,Bihar Greeting from Qatar on Ghandhi Jayanti. Subject ;- Jail Hatao-Gao Bachao ( Shift the jail- Save my Village)-Shakil Kakvi. Respected Sir, On the occasion of Bapu birth Day drawing your attention towards my native village Kako, Jehanabad, Bihar , The place of Hazrat Bibi Kamal, second lady sufi saint of the world, The place where Department of Tourism ,Government of Bihar, had spent more than million of rupees for spreading message of peace and love of the sufi saint and make kako village as a tourist place, in other hand the jail is getting constructed on the land of villagers which was taken by the government for Agricultural research centre (Farm House) . For a long period of time the government farm house was there. The establishment of jail is a matter of great concern of my villagers. it will pollute the innocence of poor villagers, child hood of children and will catalyzed in criminalization of the youth. The jail is constructed on the agricultural land and its boundaries are segregating AULIA CHAK VILLAGE( The Village of Lords friends AULIA) and Kako Village. The Main Gate of the jail is opening on Main National highway 110. It is humble request on the behalf of villagers to you, kindly pay attention to protect my village by shifting jail to some other suitable place and convert existing infra structure to Agricultural Research centre/ university or stadium to develop the skill of the youth for the nation and pay true homage to Great Indian Soul Mahatma Gandhi by to fulfill his dream”INDIA LIVE IN VILLAGES”. We are confident that you will pay special attention and protect my village and villagers by shifting jail from Kako village of Jehanabad District of Bihar.
