The 3 km wide cove indenting for 1.6 km the N coast of Ioannes Paulus Peninsula on Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands. Entered between Punta del Medio and Black Point. Bulgarian mapping in 2009. Named after Captain Rosendo Porlier, commander of the Spanish ship San Telmo sunken off the island in 1819, whose wreckage was subsequently found at the bay. Approved on June 3, 2010.
