The french beamline CRG-IF at ESRF is dedicated to x-ray scattering techniques on surfaces and interfaces both under ultra high vacuum and in air (GIXD, WAXS, GISAXS, Reflectivity) . An additional setup - Laue Microdiffraction - provides a polychromatic and monochromatic beam with a size smaller than 1 X 1 microns beam.
